Continue to work in Microsoft Documents
Open, edit and save legacy documents written in *.doc, *.xls, and *.ppt formats and Microsoft 2007 formats. Our file conversion process is stable and accurate, supporting tables, headers/footers, footnotes, endnotes, columns, as well as slides, presentations and worksheets. When you migrate to EIOffice you don't have to convert your old document base. Microsoft Office documents can be imported directly into the active binder and saved in Evermore Software's *.eio binder format and work. Continue to work with this format or export documents as needed or from a whole binder to *.doc, *.xls, and *.ppt formats.
Save Your Work To PDF Format
EIOffice can not only export documents to Microsoft formats, the Abode Portable Document Format (*.pdf) is also supported. Any document created in EIOffice can be exported to the *.pdf format. The *.pdf generator is integrated directly into EIOffice, all you have to do is select the Save As command.
Store all Related Documents in a Single Binder
EIOffice’s file format (*.eio) and data structure lets users store all related office documents in a single binder. Related spreadsheets, reports, memos and presentations for a single project can all be stored in one location eliminating the need to search for related documents. This approach is faster and easier than having to open and work with several applications (each asking for system resources) and their individual files, each stored in a different format. One EIOffice binder can store up to 256 worksheets, 64 text documents and 64 presentations.
